Supergrid is pleased to announce the launch of BEE, the Best of Energy Education platform!

The energy transition will only be possible if decision- and policy-makers are able to adopt the required measures to support the enhanced development of necessary infrastructure. Today, they receive little support, and/or even face opposition, from the public due a.o. to a lack of understanding of how energy works and why it is so important to have the appropriate infrastructure. In an increasingly electrified world, however, the impact of this lack of understanding becomes so much more significant.

To help push the energy transition forward and bridge the understanding gap between consumers and authorities, education is key. It is by educating today’s youth that we will be able to affect tomorrow’s changes to ensure a bright energy future.

In this context, Supergrid now offers a unique platform with the top resources in energy education currently available. Such resources include government programs, associations and communities, individual company initiatives, etc. We call this “Best of Energy” or BEE and these resources can be found on our website under the Education tab.

The resource list will continue to be updated regularly. Also look out for our regular spotlight features on the various resources and other relevant information on BEE’s progress.
