ENTSO-E will present the results of its pan-European adequacy assessment looking at how Europe will cover its demand in the next five to ten years. The assessment is based on a new methodolgy that guarantees forecast of a higher quality. To mark this change of methodology the assessment formally known as SOAF will now be called the Mid-term Adequacy Forecast, MAF.​

This international and interdisciplinary conference will again bring together a range of academics and practitioners to discuss new directions of research and discovery in sustainability, energy & the environment. As with IAFOR’s other events, ECSEE2016 will afford the opportunity for renewing old acquaintances, making new contacts, and networking across higher education and beyond.
